About me.

My name is Hubert Getrouw. I am 23 years old and from Rotterdam, Holland. Momentarily, I am studying at the Hogeschool Rotterdam for the eduction of Creative Media & Game Technologies. This study is mostly focused on front-end development as well as some designing aspects. furthermore, I also have experience with back-end from the study of computer science which I attended for a year and passed the propaedeutic phase. However my preference lays more with the front-end so I switched to the study I am currently at. Other interests that I have are: cryptocurrencies, music and exercising.

Gem or Scam

Gem or Scam is a platform where investors of cryptocurrencies can rate existing project on whether it is a good project or more looking like an exit scam. The project uses the Coingecko API to retrieve the informational data.

Vortex

Vortex is a platform where starting cryptocurrency investors can learn about all the basic information one has to know. The platform has it's own token, the Whirl token. The token distribution for this project is powered by the OST platform.

NS Live Tracker

The NS live tracker is a concept which makes waiting for the train less boring. You can now add yourself to the feed of that train that will be shown on a monitor at the station. Feel free to try!

Plasticats

Plasticats is a serious game that was developed for children of the age 8-12 to create awareness of pollution of the ocean. In the game you are a group of cats in a boat and you have to destroy the plastic soup.

The website of Elst Transport was one of the websites I made during my first internship at Floro Webdevelopment. This website is also still in use and made me learn a lot about front-end developement.
